Replacement 5"x 7" OC type safelight filter for the Premier SL-5 and other safelight housings that accept 5"x 7" filters. These permanently pigmented plastic filters can't shatter like glass filters can. Amber colour OC filters are suitable for use with most B&W photo papers. Please refer to the product data sheet packed with the material you are using to confirm that this is the recommended safelight filter for that specific material.
NOTE: No safelight filter is 100% safe for an indefinite period! Always perform a safelight test with the materials you're using to determine the maximum exposure before fogging begins to occur. For information on how to conduct safelight testing, click here.
