This is the #4160 42mm to 39mm thread adapter that attaches to the female T-flange, allowing you to mount lenses with 39mm Leica on Beseler Dual Mode Slide Duplicators. Refer to section III - 4 and Figure 5 in the Dual Mode Slide Duplicator instruction manual. May also be used in other applications where a 39mm Leica female to male 42mm x .75 (T-mount) thread adapter is required.
