Unfortunately since I rely upon the global postal network for shipping I will be unable to ship orders until further notice. Thank you for visiting the KHB Photografix on-line store. Use of the website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using or shopping on this site, you agree to the conditions, policies and guidelines as stated here and elsewhere on the website.
 

Hours of Operation
KHB Photografix is open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays observed in Ontario. We are not available on weekends or holidays to answer questions or process orders. But be assured that we will respond to your purchase or inquiry as quickly as possible.
 

Payments
VISA / MasterCard / Discover  - all customers are welcome to make their payment online with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card. Payment by telephone can be made by calling us at (905) 734-4713 during business hours. Full payment must be made prior to shipment of goods. We do not accept COD orders. 

Payments by credit card will be charged in Canadian funds. For customers outside Canada, the actual amount charged to your account in your local currency will be determined by the exchange rate set by the card issuer.

PayPal - all customers are welcome to make their payment using their PayPal account. At this time, we are processing PayPal manually. On receipt of your order we will review it, apply any additional shipping discounts that may be applicable, and send a PayPal invoice to your email address.

If the email address in the account information provided to KHB Photografix is not the same as for your PayPal account, please include a note with your order specifying your PayPal email address.

Also please be aware that PayPal policy requires we ship goods only to your registered PayPal address. If you wish to use PayPal please ensure any "ship to" address is registered on your PayPal account and you select that address when remitting the PayPal payment.

Note to US and international custiomers - PayPal policy requires that all goods paid for through PayPal be shipped by a service that provides tracking information. KHB Photografix therefore reserves the right to adjust the shipping options for some US and international PayPal transactions in order to comply with this policy.

 

Warranty
All items sold by KHB Photografix are warranted to be in perfect working condition when received by the buyer unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. New goods are covered by the manufacturers warranties. Some used and refurbished items, such as enlargers and timers, may have extended 6-month or 1-year warranties from KHB Photografix, which will be stated in the item listing. Please check your purchase promptly after receipt and report any problems within 7 days.
