The diffusion chambers in LPL 4x5 enlargers have a translucent diffuser/attenuator panel which evens out the light distribution. Over time this hard plastic panel may become discolored or damaged. Discolored panels can usually be removed from the mixing box and cleaned with a mild detergent solution. However, if permanently stained, or if the panel has been broken, you'll need to install one of these replacements.
Fits the 4x5 mixing boxes on all LPL 4x5 enlargers, including the LPL 7450, 7451, 7452, 7452L, Saunders/LPL 4500, 4500-II, 4550XL, 4550XLG, Omega/LPL 4500-II, 4550XLG, and Jobo/LPL 7415, 7425, and 7435.
