| If the lamp socket in your Omega D2, D3, D5, or D6 condenser lamphouse is broken or burned out, replacing it can be frustrating because Omega used several different sockets and revised the lamp cap multiple times over the last 50 years. This universal replacement will fit all the condenser lamphouses that used a socket that mounts from the bottom. (The only type it won't fit is the very early D-II lamp cap which used a bakelite socket mounted from the top.)
This socket is fitted with mounting post and is supplied with a long nylon mounting screw to ensure proper fit. It makes replacing the socket a snap. The socket is UL and CSA approved. |
