The light collecting boxes in De Vere Dichromat lamphouses are relatively maintenance free, but one thing that is required from time to time is to reline the boxes. With time and use, the accumulated effects of heat and UV will cause the styrofoam liners to discolour, and in extreme cases become distorted. For optimum light output and consistant colour the liner kit should be replaced every year in commercial use and about every 1000 hours in light use.
This kit provides an easy means of replacing the liner panels. The kit contains all panels required to reline a #1987 5x5 light collecting box as supplied with the 504 Mk4 250W Dichromat lamphouse for DeVere 504 enlarger.
