A masking attachment can be a handy tool when handling odd size negatives in a glass negative carrier, or for simply cropping part of a negative. The four independently adjustable blades allow you to mask off all but the area being printed, simplifying image composition on the easel and eliminating stray light. The LPL Negative Masking Plate is easily interchanged with the standard negative stage plate on LPL, Omega/LPL, and Saunders/LPL 4x5 enlargers.

 

 

   The LPL Masking Plate fits the following:  

  • LPL 7450, 7451, 7452, and 7452L 4x5 enlargers
  • Omega/LPL 4500-II and 4550XLG 4x5 enlargers
  • Saunders/LPL 4500, 4500-II, 4550XL and 4550XLG 4x5 enlargers  

 

The used items have cosmetic signs of previous use, but are in perfect working order and sold with a 6 month warranty.

    Very well crafted, it's a delight to crop the original negative, and it's a must to print my 6x8 and 6x12 negatives, since I do not have such carriers.
