A masking attachment can be a handy tool when handling odd size negatives in a glass negative carrier, or simply cropping part of a negative. By masking off all but the area being printed, you simplify image composition on the easel, and eliminate stray light that might otherwise contribute to fogging.
These Masking Attachments fit D-4, D-5, and D-6 enlargers. The Masking Attachment is placed on the negative stage and the negative carrier is placed in the circular opening on the top surface. The four blades are independently adjustable for greatest versatility. These masking attachments are used, so there is minor cosmetic marking from previous use, but they are certified to be in perfect working condition.
Note: The masking attachment cannot be used with Omega D-series Rapid Shift type Glassless carriers which have extended film guide pins.
