The Peak Model I Enlarging Focuser has long been recognized as the very best enlarger focusing instrument available. The large rectangular mirror and pivoting eyepiece allow you to move up to 30° away from the optical center, so that you're easily able to check focus at the edges of the image as well as the center. The "front surface" mirror prevents ghost images, and the eyepiece has a rubber eyecup and helicoid focusing mount for diopter adjustment. For critical B&W work, a "BG" filter is included to match the visible light for focusing to the spectral sensitivity of the paper. Used items are fully checked and in perfect working order. As needed the optics have been cleaned and the mirror has been replaced. Since this Peak product was also sold under the Omega brand as the "Micromega Critical Enlarging Focuser" the used products may have either branding.
