Rodenstock Omegaron 25mm enlarging lens for subminiature negative formats such as 110 Instamatic and Minox.  The lens features an f/4.0 maximum aperture and click stops on each full f/stop.  Made for Omega in Germany by Rodenstock.  Supplied with 32.5mm retaining ring.
