The upper bellows on Beseler 23C enlargers, including the 23C, 23CII, and 23CIII, allows adjustment of the condensers for different negative formats. If the upper bellows on your Beseler 23C enlarger is torn, cracked, worn, or otherwise leaking light, this is the complete upper bellows assembly, including the upper negative stage plate and condenser housing connection plate. These bellows assemblies are used and have minor marks from previous use, but are certified to be in perfect working condition.
