Heat Absorbing Glass for Omega D-series 4x5 Condenser Enlargers

6½"diameter Heat Absorbing Glass for Omega 4x5 condenser enlargers. It is simply placed on top of the upper 6½" main condenser lens. Heat absorbing glass eliminates much of the infrared radiation from the light produced by the enlarging lamp, thus helping to protect filters and negatives from heat damage, and reducing the chance of negative "popping" which affects focus.

Note: This size can be used with all Omega 4x5 condenser enlargers, but for those with the DV variable condenser lamphouse we recommend purchasing the 473-103 rectangular heat absorbing glass specifically for the DV lamphouse - please see the separate listing. For those with the D6 Zoom condenser lamphouse, the 5" diameter 473-105 heat absorbing glass can be fitted above the zoom condenser.
