Service Kit for Omega Dichroic Colorhead 4x5 Mixing Boxes
The Omega Super Chromega D Dichroic lamphouse is well known as a reliable workhorse. But to keep it working properly, it does require periodic maintenance, and one of those tasks is to reline the mixing chambers. The mixing boxes are lined with styrofoam panels which provide a highly reflective and diffuse white surface. But over time these pieces will become discolored, and often damaged from the heat. For optimum light output and consistent color, Omega recommends servicing the mixing boxes once a year or after 2000 hours of use.

This kit includes all required replacement panels to service a D-D or E-D 4x5 Mixing Chamber. This is the full kit that includes a replacement diffuser/attenuator panel. If your diffuser/attenuator is not damaged, we also offer a less expensive kit that includes the styrofoam panels only - please see the separate listing. Installation instructions are provided.
