The standard mounting thread on the Sunpak DX 8R ring flash head is 52mm.  In order to mount the flash head on lenses with other thread sizes, the DX8R was supplied with 49mm, 55mm, and 58mm stepping rings.  Used flash units may be missing one or more of these rings.  If you require the 58mm adapter, this is an original Sunpak replacement part.
